Therefore, there will be differences in the selected tools. General cutting equipment can freely adjust and cut different papers. For high-speed operation, many manufacturers use relatively hard and high-breaking paper materials for laser cutting.
Laser cutting hard cardboard has the advantages of flatness, beauty, smooth cut marks, no burrs, etc. The hollows can be completely cut out, the overall effect is good, and the efficiency is high. It should be noted that the drawings and text of the design draft cannot be less than 1.5mm from the edge of the net size. If it is less than 1.5mm when cutting, there will be errors in cutting, which will affect the display effect of the paper gift box. A large area of white part around the color box will not affect the quality, and the bleeding part will be removed. Also need to pay attention to the flame-retardant problem of paper cutting.
